Site Planning
This is a traditional two-story house is characterized by a small footprint, a palette of white render and stonework capped with a high pitch gable roof with modest overhangs. The spaces are well-sized with high functionality and adaptability for everyday use. The spaces even if modest, still give the benefits of an entry lobby, ample storage spaces, and even a walk-in closet in the master. The house being back facing ensures that most of the livable spaces open up to exclusive garden views that one can connect with visually through large windows or physically when you walk out onto the terrace or balcony.
